VIRGO HANG OUT

Emmett was sitting on the cold floor of the kitchen. The boy was resting his back on the door of the fridge. He had conquered the fridge a few days ago and would hiss if anyone would come close. He was eating pancakes while hanging on social media, watching memes and occasionally laughing alone.

Shiloh had just gotten out of the pool, she had thrown her aqua colored, lace cover up on over her Victoria's Secret hot pink bathing suit. She opened the patio door to see Emmett hogging the fridge, she rolled her green eyes at him. She closed the door behind her and headed towards Emmett and the fridge he was in front of. "Move it loser, I need a voss" she bellowed.

Carter got out of the pool, and went into his house to get his phone after drying off. "Do you guys have any idea when Spencer is getting here? I'm getting concerned, he must really like that Addie girl. I give it a month."

Charlie followed him in for a snack. "I give it longer, actually. Spencer seems really into her. I haven't seen him this into a girl since that Mikaela girl."

Carter stared at his phone.

"Who are you texting?" Charlie asked.

"Ainsley," Carter said.

"She sent him-" Charlie started to loud whisper to be funny, when Mrs. Virgo (grandmother) walked in.

"Damn Microsoft people," Mrs. Virgo muttered under her breath. "Shiloh, sweetie, do Grandma a favor and flirt with the Microsoft guy so he fixes my computer." She held out the phone.

Sophia followed everyone inside, she hadn't been swimming but she still managed to become fairly wet from just sitting at the edge of a pool. She sat down at the kitchen table, after grabbing a bag of potato chips from a cabinet. "I give him two months then." She said, listening into some of the conversation.

Emmett hissed at Shiloh and took a pancake in his hand, threatening to throw it on her. "Just go flirt with Microsoft guy. No Voss for you!" he mimicked his grandma's voice. "I give it 3 months since I'm feeling like a hopeful hopeless romantic." the boy said after calming down and stretched out his hand towards Sophia, demanding for chips.

Shiloh rolled her eyes, she grabbed the phone from her grandmother, and before she put it up to her ear she added to the conversation. "Quinn and I already have a poll going if you guys would like to join in" she laughed. She put the phone up to her ear, pulling out the charmspeak. "Hello" she said, her voice low "My grandmother would really appreciate it if you could come over and fix her computer. And in all honesty, I would love for you to come over as well" the way she spoke was very sexy, almost every guy fell head over heels when Shiloh spoke in this certain way, it was like a superpower. But the charmspeaking did help it out a lot too. "You sound very... interesting, I am very intrigued to see what you can do... with your hands" she whispered a bit loudly into the phone. There was a bit of silence on the other line, and she could hear the mans breaths becoming shakey. Then he agreed to come, his voice quiet but excited. "I will see you soon" she whispered "Maybe you can fix my......... computer..... too...". She hung up the phone and looked at her Grandmother, handing her the phone "He'll be here in maybe ten minutes, honestly from the way he was getting worked up, probably five. " She turned her head again looking at Emmett, her soft smile starting to fault. She wanted water. He needed to move.

Carter looked at Shiloh. "Damn, you're good. How the hell did you do that so convincingly? Do you just go out with so many boys that it's natural at this point?" he asked and grabbed a soda from the cooler outside, and took a sip. "Seriously, that's scary accurate."

Mrs. Virgo smiled. "Good girl."

Charlie sat by Sophia. Suddenly, his phone started going off. He answered it. "OKay, sweet. No, she's too old for you. Wait, the other one? You sure? Sophia, not Shiloh? Alright, cool. Talk to you later." Charlie hung up. "That was Brad from school. He said he wanted to know if you want to go out Friday, Sophia."

Suddenly, Spencer busted in the door. "I'm here."

Carter went over to him. "Where were you?"

"None of your business, stalker," Spencer said, sitting down.

Carter smiled. "What's that on your neck, Spencer? A bite mark? Damn, how excited did Addie get?" he teased, grabbing Spencer's cheek.

"Add me to the poll for 30 bucks, Shiloh!" Sophia said, smiling. Then she looked down at Emmett, and pushed his hand away with her foot, "Not till, you stop hogging the refridgerator!" She moved her bag of chips out of his reach, before glancing over at Charlie, "Brad? Which one? Well... It doesn't really matter.... I don't like either of them..." She told him, shoving a few chips in her mouth.

Emmett whined like a puppy when Sophia was abusing him.
"I shall never surrender." his muffled voice echoed in the kitchen. When Spencer walked in he let out a mischievous smile.
"My favorite person in this room. Oh wait no I like Sophia more. She makes me pancakes occasionally." he was lost in his thoughts.

"Tell us everything that happened, I'm curious."
Emmett opened the fridge for more cheesecake for himself, making sure that there was no openings for Shiloh to get any of her overrated water.
"And YOU Charlie should be useful and tell that guy that Emmett will personally hunt him down."
he shouted as loudly as he could, so whoever Brad was, he could hear him.
"Cheesecake! We're out of cheesecake!" he let out a yelp and closed the fridge door dramatically.

Shiloh flipped her hair and grinned at Carter "Just practice" and she winked at him. Then, Shiloh backed off Emmett, and walked over to Spencer. She stomped her foot "Spencer" she pouted "Please get me a water." She really was thirsty and she really could not handle Emmett and the messed up brain he had. The only way she could get her voss would be to get her brother to do it, so she had to be nice. Or at least play nice. She crossed her arms and stood in front of her brother, her lower lip out, and complete poutniess across her face. "Please."

Spencer sighed. He walked over to Emmett. "Let the drama queen have her precious water," he said. "Or I'll get to hear for the next three hours about how she's not properly hydrated or whatever," he said.

Charlie reached in the chip bag and grabbed a few. "Shiloh, Lily was talking to dad earlier, and apparently, she knocked over your make-up into the toilet. Dad said it was okay and he'd have a new shipment here by Tuesday." It was Saturday.

Spencer groaned. "Why would you tell her that, Charlie? Although, it'll be funny to see you go to school without make-up on," he said to Shiloh and grinned.

"Emmett I won't give you any chips, unless you give up the refrigerator, also we're out of cheesecake cause you hogged it last night!" Sophia said, frowning at him. She then proceeded to eat the last two chips that were in the bag, she got up to throw the bag in the trashcan. Maybe he would've gotten one, if he had given up the refrigerator... She told herself, as she sat back down next to Charlie.

"No." Emmett smiled like a maniac, even though he knew he was getting in trouble.
He slowly turned around to face Sophia.
"If you know how I feel why would you say that like you put me in such an uncomfortable situation. Are you criticizing my appetite?" he wiped his nonexistent tears and laughed uncontrollably afterwards.
"SO. Are we guys just going to sit in here or actually do something. I'm done eating." Emmett stood up and wiped some dust from his shoulders. "And Spencer you never told me anything, jerk."

Shiloh pulled herself together, "Luckily, I have a couple of things in my car that will tide me over for a couple of days. As for Lily..." Shiloh scowled at her name "She's going to be missing some of her precious jewelry, and a dog might s*it in her car." She turned around as Emmett got off he ground. "So it's fine" she murmmered. She walked back over to fridge, this time shoving Emmett partially out of the way so she could slip her petite hands in the door, her golden manicure shining as she did so. She snatched the water bottle out, and pulled away before he could slam the door. "Ha." She snapped at Emmett, opening the water and taking a large gulp before closing it again. "And I don't think you're ever done eating, you're like a trash compactor" she scowled at him again.

"Look, Emmett, it's nothing. I mean, its something, but nothing you should be concerned about. I'm dating this girl named Addie, that's really it. "What about you, Carter, and that girl, Ainsley?"

"What about us?" Carter asked.

"Is it working out?" Spencer asked.

"Yeah, it's great. Although my family still doesn't approve of her," Carter said.

Sophia looked at Emmett, "Yes well, you do eat to much." She told him, getting a soda from the refrigerator and made her way into the living room. She practically flopped down on the couch, she wanted to get away from the Greek girl conversation. Hey! If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all! That was turning into her new motto, she decided. Besides her head was starting to hurt, and she knew that it was best to keep angry, in pain Sophia out of any conversation.

"I don't really see what Carter sees in that girl but I'm just not going to make a big deal about it because I'm way cooler than any of you." he ignored the girls insults.
"Why is no one answering me damn it? I asked are we just going to sit and lay around the whole day in this house or do something that actually makes sense?" Emmett said in one breath and cupped his face with his hands.
"Because I'm bored. And I don't want to be alone."

Shiloh uncapped her water and sipped it some more before putting the cap back on once again. "What do you want to do? Have a fun family day out?" Shiloh did not mind the idea. She might come off with a bratty exterior but she still cares for her family, her blood related family anyways, not Lily, She's a b*tch. "I mean, I do have to shower, but I could be okay with it." She did not mind going out and maybe finding some new guys to play with along the way. Fun Virgo Family Adventure... she had thought.

"Emmett, you don't see anything in any girl that doesn't have big assets, dude," Carter said and laughed. Spencer and Charlie laughed a little too.

Spencer sighed. "I can't wait until Addie meets you guys."

"Yay, another girl that resents us because you used to date her," Carter said, grabbing an apple.

"Incoming 'don't think little of her' jokes," Spencer sighed. "You guys should give her a chance. They gave Ainsley a chance, Carter."

"Yeah, not really. They still hate her," Carter said.

"...She probably resents you, Carter," Spencer changed gears.

"Why? Because I saved your asses from another Sherman attack? You should be grateful," Carter said.

"And then you made us go home!"

"Am I missing something here?" Charlie asked.

Carter sighed. "The Shermans tried to kill Spencer the other night. I saved him, and then made him and Addie go their separate ways for the night."

Sophia laid flat on her back, staring at the ceiling. Her head hurt, she figured she should get more of those pills that her mom had tossed at her last night, when she ran out of the really "good" stuff as Emmett had put it. She took a deep breath, and willed herself to get off the couch and walk up the stairs to get the bottle. She quickly got one of the huge pills out of the bottle, then headed back downstairs to get something to wash it down with. She slowed her pace as she entered the kitchen again.
"What did the Shermans do?" She asked, walking back into the kitchen. She tossed her empty soda can into the recycling bin and grabbed a water bottle from the refrigerator, and sat back down on the chair she claimed was hers.

"No girl takes interest in me unless I mention money. Its the same thing." ¨
Emmett was talking mostly the truth. No one really talks to him until the name 'Virgo' is mentioned. That's when people suddenly are all ears for him. Emmett always lived in the shadow of his siblings, he wasn't really a talented soldier and was a middle child anyways. He quickly realized the way to get attention was by pulling stupid pranks and so on.
"A family day out sounds great for me." he muttered and picked some dirt under his nails.

"Geez everything interesting always happens without me." Emmett whined again.

Shiloh whipped her hair around "The Shermans are a**holes. But, on the bright side, they love me" she laughed. Yes, they were gross and very unattractive, but Shiloh loved the attention. She honestly enjoyed all the attention anyone gave to her, sometimes it might be forced, considering that was one of her many powers. But it's not like she cared, any attention is attention and Shiloh strived for it all.
