Jerome's Bunk

While the son of Apollo was waiting for Robin, a son of Cupid was talking to him. Jerome was sitting on his bed, leaning his back up against the railing while one leg was propped up. The son of Cupid was facing sideways with his butt sticking out, trying to seduce Jerome.

"So who are you meeting?"
"Just a friend of mine, nothing major."
"Oh? Then they won't mind if I did this."

The guy kissed Jerome on the lips before slowly walking over to his own bunk, knowing that Jerome would watch his hips move as he did so.

OOC: I'm taking this as Robin's cue to enter and witness this unpleasant, some would even dare say morbid, scene of affection

17:28 PM. I stood outside the fifth cohort building, staring at my watch, locked in my inner turmoil about whether I was rushing the time to pass or wishing it stopped at that very minute.

17:28 PM. Wow, this is cutting it close, man. If you're gonna bail, you should do so now while you still got the chance. You know you won't do it if it goes 17:30, you know it!

17:30 PM. Dammit.

With a deep breath in an attempt to calm my fraying nerves, I gently knocked on the door before pushing it open without a sound. Well, at least he can't blame you for not being punctual. But what I walked into was not what I had been expecting, not even the worst of it. No, of course I had to interrupt in the middle of an affection exchange. Just my luck. As the perky boy left towards the other side of the building, throwing a wink my way for good measure, I cleared my throat and took a small step forward, eyes firmly locked on the tile between my feet. "Um, sorry for disrupting your... alone time with your boyfriend."I mumbled, my voice holding a hint of disgust at the mention of the kiss I had just witnessed. Well, at least you know he's gay. Or maybe bi, but that's something too. "I could leave if you want, you guys go back to whatever it is that you were doing, which I did not wish to see by the way"

Jerome quickly turned his head to look at Robin. "Oh, hey, Robin, no, that was just one of my friends. He's a son of Cupid and very sexual. You'll have to excuse him." The son of Apollo chuckled nervously, scooting over so that Robin had a place to sit. "Want to sit down? How was your day today?"

"Right. Yeah, of course. It's alright, no need, it's all good, he's a good looking guy, you're an.. okay guy, why not?"I shrugged, trying to act nonchalant while mentally chocking my jealous side that suddenly decided to wake up and say hi. Sitting down with a sigh, I laid down and stared intently at the ceiling. "Oh well. I met up with this super annoying son of Apollo. Like, I think he's some kind of a creeper. Maybe even a stalker! He could really be a psychopath. I need to report him, I mean, it's my camper duty, right?"

Jerome laughed, shaking his head. "You're so funny." He tapped Robin's foot. "You just think I'm okay?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. "I don't get more than that?" He sat crisscross and placed Robin's feet in his lap. "I think I'm pretty cute."

"Meh. I've seen better. That Cupid boy certainly. I mean, if you insist you two have nothing between you, maybe I should give it a chance"I shrugged and turned my head to look over at the now conversing with a couple other kids demigod, giving him a friendly wave. "See? I bet he'd like that too"

Jerome raised an eyebrow, looking Robin over. He moistened his lips and turned his attention down to the son of Trivia's shoes. "Well, what if I want to take you out, huh?"

I turned to look at the son of Apollo with surprise written all over my face and a light blush clovering my cheeks. "And what if I don't want to go out with you?"I asked in an attempt to sound cocky and self-confident.

Jerome shrugged. "Then, I guess I'll have to find another Grumpy Cat." He teased with a smile on his face.

"I am not a Grumpy Cat!"I exclaimed in a frustrated whine, my blush deepening. "And yeah, you should just go find someone else cause, if you may recall, you are just okay"

Jerome shrugged his shoulders and still continue to smile. "Oh, that's right. Just okay. I keep forgetting, Grump Cat." He stood up from the bunk and gave himself a stretch. "I'm sure my Cupid friend is single."

"Just like I'm pretty sure he wouldn't call me grumpy!"I snapped and looked away from him, letting my eyes wander around the barracks for a bit before settling back on the son of Cupid, who was now watching us intensly. With a shudder, I turned my head to look back up at the son of Apollo. "Nevermind, I think he might be kind of a creeper. Although that didn't seem to stop you before"I added in an afterthough with a smirk.

Jerome rolled his eyes and leaned his back up against the railing of his bunk. "Okay, fine. I can take a hint." He raised his hand to Robin and chuckled a bit. "Won't happen again."

I raised an eyebrow, confused at his comment, but quickly shrugged it off. "At least your place has cute guys. Excluding you, but still, there are some great pieces here"

Jerome slowly nodded his head. "You're right. There are a lot of cute guys around here." He smiled and watched as one of friends walked by, giving him a wave. Jerome waved back and his eyes immediately dropped down to his ass. "Damn."

"See? Mine is full of nerds and geeks! And not even the hot kind!"I whined and followed his eyes to the boy walking by. "Even the girls suck! And not in the way you're thinking, you perv. I mean, yeah, there is the occasional eye candy. But they get snatched away before I can even approach them"

Jerome just shook his head. "Alright, then." He stretched before sitting back on the foot of his bed. "So, what kind of girls and guys do you like?"

"Dunno. I haven't really dated anyone, so"I shrugged and crossed my arms behind my head. "I dom't really believe in having a type anyways. Do you?"

Jerome smirked. "Oh, really? I'm surprised." He said sarcastically. "And I don't have a type. I guess Grumpy Cats are involved." He teased, winking at Robin. 'Or people with bird names."

"Oh, shut up"I rolled my eyes and smacked his arm playfully, trying to ignore my burning cheeks. "What kind of weird fetish could you possibly have with bird names?"

Jerome laughed. "I dunno. Maybe it has something to do with my c*ck." He joked and smacked Robin's arm back, then jumped away before the son of Trivia could respond back to him.

I couldn't help but facepalm at his comment, shaking my head with barely contained laughter. "Right, right, of course. Whatever you say"

Jerome smirked. "So, I can't take you on one single date? It can be at Pomona's. I here there's some good food there."

"Nope, sorry. I am not a date guy and especially a Pomona guy. Besides, we'd never work out, pal. You'd better just go to your fanboy over there"I shrugged and gave a nod towards the now asleep son of Cupid. Oh, now I finally know what's wrong with you. You're deranged!

Jerome shrugged his shoulders. "Alright, fine. I get it." He made his way over to the son of Cupid, let down that Robin didn't want to go on a date with him.
