Talents: Adept at ranged combat, due to being a part of an archery club in his earlier years.
Flaws (at least three): Prone to unintentionally making mistakes, plays around way too often, and terrible at close combat.
Weapon (Celestial bronze/Imperial gold): A simple wooden bow, with the ends of the boy tipped with celestial bronze and celestial bronze arrows.
Abilities: Is able to manipulate water and bend it to his will, so long as said body of water isn't any larger than a body of water. Is also able to solidify water (ex. making it frozen.)
Powers: Has not been discovered… yet. (Will PM an admin when I’ve decided appropriate powers for these characters.)

History:

Ethan grew up with his older brother, Stephen. He was a troublemaker, a pain in the… butt, and also strangely empathetic. He was a white knight, someone who would love to bask in the glory of doing something that was righteous and just. Unlike his brother, he was less serious and more laid back. He loved to lounge around and plot mischievous things. He was better liked than his brother, but that’s because he was a prankster… and everyone loves a good prank. He seemed to fit in better with the rest of the crowd, but he was prone to getting into a lot of trouble. If it wasn’t for Stephen, he would probably be in juvenile hall. Everything was ordinary as Ethan grew up; exploding toilets and screaming people. Ah, yes. Everything was right in the world… until his already psychotic Principal became a bloodthirsty man-pigeon and attacked him and his brother.


All of a sudden, a man... no, a satyr had busted through the door. Stephen remembered reading about a creature with this likeness. Oddly enough, this satyr resembled that of Sylvester Stallone. The satyr spoke something that was quite urgent, but the teen was unsure of what he was saying. It sounded like he was gargling glass. The twins only realized that he wanted them to follow, since he shoved them out through the window. The satyr then took the lead, their Principal hot on their heels.

After countless hours of evading sight and hiding out, their deranged Principal/bird/monster/thing was off of their tail.

They walked for a few more hours before the satyr turned around at the entrance of what seemed to be a camp.
In a garbled voice, the satyr spoke.

"Welcome to Camp Half-Blood."

RP Sample (required for first form):

A hooded, not cloaked, figure could be seen snickering as he walked away from the teacher’s lounge. Many of the students looked around as he passed by, attempting to figure out why he was in such a happy mood. This particular boy was known for blowing up the campus toilets with firecrackers, ensnaring teachers with tape that was stuck across the doorway, and planting itching powder in the jock’s jock straps. (The last one was somewhat evil, but that’s what happens when you mess with the Charlotties.) A feminine scream could be heard coming from the science department, a masculine man running out of the room, his arms flailing in the arm as he let out another feminine scream. The students stared in silence, their eyes now locking onto the doorway. A shadow draped the doorway, becoming bigger and bigger as it approached. What was to come next was ghastly!

A lone rat emerged from the science department, scampering quickly out of the room and out the entrance of the school. The students were quiet for just another moment before bursting out into laughter. Many fellow troublemakers and pranksters gave the teenager high fives and pats on the back. “Mr. Harbinger was literally the worst. I can’t believe you made him scream like a little girl!” The hallway began to chant the teenager’s name as he proceeded down the hallway.

“ETHAN! ETHAN! ETHAN!”

Then, his name was being called into the office by someone else.
The intercom came to life, then, a voice had begun to speak.

“STEPHEN AND ETHAN CHARLOTTIE, PLEASE REPORT TO THE PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE.”

Ethan looked puzzled as he heard his brother’s name. He wasn’t a part of his glorious prank. Why was he being called as well?

“ONCE AGAIN, WOULD STEPHEN AND ETHAN CHARLOTTIE PLEASE REPORT TO THE PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE. THAT IS ALL. THANK YOU.”

“Well, I guess we’ll both have to share the blame then.” He said this aloud, a smirk on his face as he headed down into the Principal’s office.


Notes:

Watch out for this one. Whether he knows you or not, he has the tendency to pull pranks on unsuspecting victims. Ethan is fairly blunt with what he says; he has no filter. There aren’t many downsides to him… except the occasional explosion.
If you manage to get along with Ethan, he’ll become your personal explosives expert, loyal friend, and good companion on any quest!

The first ability is more like a power. He could control minor amounts of water with ease, but saying not-an-ocean isn't very specific. Either make it a power with limits or put a much bigger limit on it.
