Happy birthday (private)

Spencer woke up that morning, knowing it was Addie's 16th birthday. He wanted to do everything in his power to give her the perfect birthday- he was going to throw her a surprise party, and more surprising than just everyone hiding in the dark. He bought her a new car, much to his dad's dismay, and after much begging, comparing himself to what Shiloh got on a normal basis. He agreed if he got Addie a car, he wouldn't get anything for his birthday from his dad.

Spencer was going to scare her, though- he was going to pretend that he not only forgot her birthday, but he was breaking up with her. While doing this, he was going to drive her to his house. Then, he was going to have everyone yell surprise and reveal he was just joking, and then show her the car. It was the perfect plan, in his mind.

Spencer took a shower, brushed his teeth, and wore the most casual outfit he could find, just a t-shirt and cargo shorts. He then went downstairs, looking at everyone putting up decorations. He left the house, satisfied, and went to the lake, where he said he was going to meet her.

Addie showed up at the lake a smile plastered on her face, she was super excited because today she turned 16. She already had a long conversation with her Aunt and her Uncle about her coming home for her birthday, but she really did not want to. She said she may stop by, but she doubted it. She wasn't wearing a swim suit to the lake today. Her hair was perfectly curled like a princess. She wore pink flats, a purple and pink dress with a corset looking front, the bottom was trimmed in lace and so was the upper chest area. She felt she looked nice and she felt that today was going to be great.

Spencer spotted Addie and put on a big smile, but then realized to play this off, he had to tone it down. He put on a straight face. "Hey, Addie," he said in a monotone voice, trying to ignore how beautiful she looked. "So, there's a reason why we're here today. You sure did dress up though, for such a casual occasion. I have some bad news. Can we talk in the car?" he asked, trying to give off the expression that he was really annoyed to be here. Spencer got in the front seat.

Addie was taken aback by Spencer's tone and causality. "Um...okay?" What on earth did he want to talk about? They've been dating for about 2 months, things seemed to be going great... well for Addison. She hoped it was going well for Spencer too? She nodded confused and walked over and got in his passenger seat.

Spencer sighed. "We can't date anymore. Look, I've just been using you to get back at another girl I liked. I thought if I got you close to me, it'd make her jealous, and she'd come after me. She's with someone else, though, so you're no use anymore. Sorry, Addie. Maybe it would've worked out if you were prettier." Spencer was acting perfectly- he was actually surprised how much he had picked up from his dad. He felt really bad, but he knew when they got to the party, it'd be all worth it. He wanted to make her feel bad right now, so when they got there, she could be overwhelmed and Spencer could show how much he loved her. "But first, you need to pick up the stuff you left at my house. You know, the ridiculously small clothing and make up that you use, even though you'll never be pretty." Spencer was being harsh enough to the point where he wanted to break character and immediately comfort her, but he knew it would be better to wait. He started driving to his house.

She stared at him in disbelief. Was he really saying this to her? Was he really calling her ugly? He really had some guts to do this to her, considering what happened to her ex's. She reached for the door handle quickly. "You can ship it to me" she snarled at him.

"OKay, jump out, then. But don't complain about the injuries," Spencer said with an eyeroll. He stopped at his house, and got out. "You go in first, it'll be the last time you see anything like it," Spencer said and pointed at the door. He opened it for her. "Make sure you turn on the lights and get a real good look of the place," he snarled, and couldn't wait for her to see what was going on.

Carter hid behind a couch, ready to surprise Addie. Charlie was on Carter's back, not knowing where else to hide.

Addie was on the verge of tears. She was so confused this was just so sudden. She thought they were both happy, but she guessed not. She was giving off a pouty face, but she wouldn't let the tears fall. "Okay..." she whimpered. Addie got out of Spencer's car and headed towards the house, she was shaking by how upset she was. She slowly opened the door to the house, surprised Gordon wasn't there to open it. The lights were off In the Virgo household as well. That was even more odd. Addie looked over and turned the light switch on, and then looked around.

"SURPRISE!" everyone there yelled.

Spencer came in behind Addie and laughed. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her head. "Happy birthday, Addie," he said. "I hope I didn't get you too upset. I could never break up with the most beautiful girl in the world. I love you, Addie." He hugged her. "C'mon, I have something else to show you. Let's go to the garage," he said.

BIC: Addie was kind of in shock. She stared at Spencer and then at everyone else. She was a tad hurt from the April fools joke. But she was really excited for the fact that he threw her a surprise party too. She ignored her anger for a second and grinned. "Oh my gods... she jumped up a bit, excited. She turned towards Spencer and gave him a quick kiss. She wondered what he could be talking abou. She followed him.

Spencer went into the garage and pointed at the brand new car. "I hope you like it. It took a lot of begging, and now I don't get any birthday presents from my dad." He laughed a little. "I know, it seems ridiculous I'd buy you a car instead of a diamond ring or something, but I figured it was the 16th birthday cliche to get a car, y'know?" Spencer asked, looking at her with a smile.

OOc: I literally just realized Addies been driving a car, and she's 15. Whoops lol

Bic: Addies mouth dropped open in shock. "You got me a car?!" She ran over to the yellow BMW with awe. It even was a convertible. She examined the car and then turned towards Spencer and jumped up into him with a kiss. "I love t" she whispered between kissed. "And I love you!"

Spencer smiled, seeing how happy she was. He caught her and kissed her. "I love you too. I'm really glad you like it," he said. He held her close. "You want to take it for a spin? I mean, I can, do you even have your permit yet?"

Addison grinned "of course I have my Licesence. I best be system.lShe laughed and pulled out her small wallet and showed him the picture of her inside. "So yes!" She did another little excited jump "please let's take this for a spin!"

Spencer did a little fist pump thing and got in the shotgun seat, waiting for Addie. He threw her the keys.

Addie laughed excitedly as she grabbed the keys and hopped into the drivers seat. She buckled her seat belt and reved up he engine. She found the buttton to pull the top of the car down. Then she grinned at spencer and pulled out of his drive way and down the street. "Where should we go?" She asked bouncing in her seat.

"Anywhere you want. It's your birthday," Spencer said with a smile. He really enjoyed making her happy. However, he couldn't wait to get back to the house and eat some food. Spencer felt really hungry.

Addie just drove up and down the streets of New Rome, reviling her engine like crazy. She loved the car, she loved the color. The only sad thing is she couldn't take this to camp half blood with her unless she drove it. No one wants to drive around The United States, especially to go back and fourth to camp. "Here, let's head black to the house and eat some chocolate cake!" She said with a grin, she loved chocolate cake.

Spencer nodded, with a smile. "Let's do it," he said, looking the direction of his house.

Addie nodded and headed back towards the direction of the Virgo Manor. She pulled up into the drive way of the house and parked her car and got out. She walked over to soencer and kissed him once again. "Thank you" she whispered "I love it and I love you" she kissed him again.

Spencer smiled and kissed her back. "I love you too. I'm really glad you love the car, it was a tough choice to pick out." He got out of the car and started going towards his house. "Sorry about earlier, by the way, the whole prank thing. I didn't mean to make you that upset, or be that savage about it. I just thought if I dug down that deep, and then you saw the birthday party, you'd be overwhelmed and happy." He put an arm around her.

Addison dragged her boyfriend towards the door "it's okay" she said then she turned and stopped and kissed his cheek. "It was a good prank Spencer, I'm not going to lie. Little rough around the edges... but. The birthday party was great! Especially since I haven't had one in such a long time!" She turned again dragging Spencer up the steps. Gordon opened the door for them, greeting them.

"I'm sorry again about the prank, I didn't mean to be so rough," Spencer said and sighed. He went inside, where Charlie and Carter were sitting around, eating cake and popping balloons. He went over to the cake and cut two pieces, one for each of then. "Let's practice for our wedding," he joked and took a piece of cake and shoved it in her mouth area. He laughed.

Addie laughed as she tried to catch the cake as pieces of the chocolate fell out. She tried to chew quickly "oh my gods" she mumbled with her mouth full. She then picked up a piece of his cake and shoved it into Spencer's face, she giggled as she did so.

Spencer laughed, trying to take in all of the cake once. After eating that piece, he got another little piece and got a few glasses. "Want some milk?" he asked, going to the fridge.
