Week 8

Woo hoo, hello, hello! Time for the 8th gossip section, we’re so excited! We don’t have much of an intro this time but stay tune cause a big surprise is coming in our 10th week anniversary! So, let’s just dive right in!

Song of the week:

CHB

• Dominika (Belle), after the tearful reunion with Dimitri (Metaloneus), decided to give him a tour of camp. Despite their long history, they seem a bit tentative around each other. Let’s just hope things get better for the two kids, and soon.
  
• No longer ignorant of the girls’ bet and of their feelings for each other, Jarek (QTheRevolution) and Koda (Green) decided to take a break from the drama and, after a small nap, go see the stars that the son of Ourania loves so much. Awww!
  
• James’s (IIEpitomeBearII) sister, Rowan (Dreaming Emu) is back at camp! So the two kids are enjoying their little reunion, all cutesy and cuddly and over protective of each other.
  
• Still at the lake, Thea (Tigerli) and Sans (Rhyolo) are chatting about books and general interests, the girl apparently excited in the prospect of making a new friend and changing her mundane life.
  
• And so it begins. Jarek’s  (QTheRevolution) small invasion in Robin’s(Tigerli) personal space led to what seems to be escalating in a playful but full blown splashing war. Never mess with the grandson of Neptune near the beach.
  
• So, after a pretty good date, Ida (Mitsu) seemed to avoid Cas (Tigerli) like the plague, although after a bit of a scene and a lot of emotions, things seem to have been cleared up and the relationship of the intimidating daughter of Eutychia with the constantly happy son of Hades continues to evolve.
  
• We all knew Hephaestus children were different than the rest. But no different is bad. What if Ainsley’s (Mitsu) and Ada’s (Viva) bonding doesn’t happen over boys but machines? It’s still adorable to watch!
  
• Simcha (mabel pines) is explaining to the mind reading Kasi (Kasi) how to use axes, although the daughter of Athena seems pretty convinced to stay to her sword fighting.
  
• Awww, little Catherine (Cassandra Valance), after enlisting the help of Rhyolo (Rhyolo) to remake her weapons, got asked out on a date by the charming son of Pyriphlegeton. How adorable?!
  
• Speaking of forging, Ada (Viva) was almost through with fixing James’ (IIEpitomeBearII) weapon when the harpies came to remind them they were out past curfew. Oh oh, run for your lives kids!
  
• The date is turning into a heated debate between Alisynn (Darkseide) and Damon (Cassandra Valance) about their favorite music and anime. Although they don’t seem to mind all that much though since they’re still kissing and making plans for next Halloween.
  
• So, it was an… interesting day, you can say. But I guess all that matters is that Cypress (Green) and Iain (QTheRevolution) are doing fine. Finally! And even Muir (QTheRevolution) likes the young son of Demeter, what more could they want?!
  

HUNTER CAMP

• Nothing interesting this week!

CJ

• Shy little Nakoma (Viva) seems to have found a friend in hilarious Tycho (Darkseide), who is in awe of her invaluable magic.
  
• Dun dun DUN! Inspectors Rowan (sienna) and Christian (Metaloneous) are here to check the other barracks for drugs and alcohol! Beware, campers, and hide your stuff!
  
• Oh well, things were meant to end up in a fight sooner or later. Jerome (Green) was just too happy for Robin’s (Tigerli) comfort. But will the emotionally distant son of Trivia give a chance to the desperate son of Apollo?
  
• After his breakup with Sophia, Walter (Mason) changed from his path to revenge to taking Evie (Frankie) out for lunch. Although some of his antics seem to annoy her, it’s not that easy to say no to the person you spent the last 70 years with.
  
• You get something, you lose something. In this case, Caden (Mason) got Shiloh (Kasi) back but lost Sibby (Cassandra Valance), although the daughter of Apollo doesn’t seem to mind all that much.
  
• Speaking of the Virgos, young Spenser (Mason) got Addie (Kasi) a car for her 16th birthday. A freaking car! If I could drive I’d be jealous of you, girl.
  
• So, while confused about his current status with Peter (Swaffles) after meeting him a night at the bar, Gem (Green) decided to finally go and hang out with Liam (Frankie), despite his attention being clearly on the blind legacy.
  
• Poor Remy (sienna), scarred from her life on the road, had to be the one to figure out about Christian’s (Metaloneous) use of Vicodin. Just when she had escaped…
  
• Okay, so, going from cursing to small talk doesn’t seem like a bad way to go! Apparently, with the help of his friend, Marcellus (Green) decided to give Sebastian (QTheRevolution) a small chance to redeem himself. Good decision, Roman!
  
• And after a long and tiring day of furniture shopping, Jackson (QTheRevolution) and Lorne (Green) are back home safely and watching the game, finally calm and at ease. Few, I don’t think I could take another fight of these two!
  
• While on a date with Carter (Mason), Ainsley (Mitsu) was interrupted by her nosy cousin Nick (Tigerli), who decided to just drop by for a visit. Poor girly!
  

NORSE

• Uh-oh! Clover (Dreaming Emu) is out and about, which always spells disaster in Hotel Valhalla. Worse still, her newest target seems to be Ian (Frankie), who isn’t exactly known for his good behavior, either.
• Luke (Mason) and Fehlani (Green) seem to be getting along all right on their first date, which is good. This author happens to love ships. Lulani all the way!
• Thyra (Viva) and Anneliese (Mitsu) are now chatting about each other’s history and parentage, trying to get to know each other. I don’t know, guys—it looks like a friendship is blooming!
• Gee, poor Ian (Frankie) and Chips (Cassandra Valance) just can’t escape from the wrath of Fianna (Darkseide), Ian’s twin sister. The Valkyrie has invaded their latest Beer Pong to the Death match and, unbeknownst to either of the einherjar, has changed out their original drinks to make the match more….entertaining.
• Ian (Frankie), after finishing a Not-Death Match with another einherji, has joined Anneliese (Mitsu) in her quest to make a house of cards and they are now talking about themselves—your typical einherjar behavior. The two seem to be a pretty good match as long as Ian refrains from calling the other “Annie”….friendship-wise, of course. Ha-ha—I’m totally not shipping them, too! No! I’d never do that!
• Ugh! Trouble in paradise. Though he’s not one to get possessive over his boyfriend, Michael (Swaffles) is totally not okay with a newbie who has decided to flirt with Grior (Green). Though he definitely denies it, Michael’s ginger boyfriend can tell. Well, Grior has been around for over 1000 years, so it would strange if he couldn’t read people yet.

BROOKLYN HOUSE

• So, talking about reunions, Ari (Cassandra Valance) and her brother AJ (Mason) met up with their friend Thorn (Mason) and even arranged to go on a double date – with the young girl fifth wheeling, of course. Let’s just hope Woodrow the talking cat doesn’t ruin everything, like he tried to do.
  

OUTSIDE THE CAMPS

• Claude (Swaffles) seems a little confused and bothered once Zosime (Cassandra Valance) explains to him what it means to be a Hunter. Poor Zosime just wants to have someone understand that she thinks what the Hunters do is the right thing.
• Gerald (Mason) and Edwin (Mitsu) are a question. Their goal: to save Thea (Tigerli) from the hands of an evil, crazy, love-sick satyr. That is, if they can avoid killing people with Gerald’s reckless driving and the undead. Oh, did I mention the undead?


HAYDEN TOPIC

(Author’s Note: There is no specific order to these events with the exception of Hayden’s breakout from the Lotus Casino. Think of it as Lotus Casino being the first Mad Max film and every other RP being the other Mad Max films. If you know what that is. I hope you do. It’s a great film series.)

• Simcha (mabel pines)—along with Cassia (Paige-Elizabeth)—is using some halfway decent acting skills in order to lure Hayden (Frankie) away from the watchful gaze of the Lotus Casino guards. Simcha has cleverly managed to get to Hayden alone, where she can take the next step in order to secure the boy’s freedom
• Oh no! After a brief meeting, two boys Liam (TheAutumnWriter) and Hayden (Frankie)—each trying to run away from a different danger—have encountered Zosime (Cassandra Valance), the Hunter who wants nothing more than to kill the forbidden son of Artemis and restore honor to her patron. Though the combined efforts on the parts of both powerful demigods is very impressive, the Hunter does not seem to be letting up any time still. Worse yet, she seems to want them both dead. Will the two boys escape Zosime’s wrath alive?
• While just chillin’ out near the lake in New Rome, Hayden (Frankie) encounters Spencer and Carter (both Mason), two of the famous Virgo brood. Both Roman demigods seem to be getting along pretty nicely with the adopted son of Artemis, who is also supposedly capable of destroying Olympus.
• Hayden (Frankie) decided to go visit the lake in Camp Half-Blood in a feeble attempt to make new allies in his fight for survival. Seeing the object of many curious (and rude) stares, Caden (Mason) decides to be the son of Artemis’s buddy for the moment. Well, Caden’s not supposed to exist, either. Will there be a connection made there?
