Lotus Casino break out (private)

Walter was in the casino, under it's trap, as he had been for the last 70 or so years. He was playing a hunting game mindlessly.

"You missed, again." Evelyn said, she was standing off to the side watching him play the game. "And again." She laughed, "Terrible aim."

Walter just peered at Evie and rolled his eyes. "Hey, do you want to go get some drinks? I'm feeling like a party all night again!" his mind was so loopy that he said that every night.

"Yeah! Let's go!" Evie answered in the same loopy kind of way, followed with a small giggle. She grabbed his arm and led the way to the drinks.

Walter grinned, and went over. "Two drinks please, rainbow flavored as always, just put it on my tab." It never occurred to him when he'd have to "pay" that tab. The waitress got them the drinks. Walter took a sip of his. "Let's go over to the gambling section and get rich!" he said, pulling out a small bag of coins from his pocket.

"What is rainbow flavored? Like how do they know if this is actually what a rainbow tastes." Evie asks, drinking some of the cup, "Or is it just cause the glass is rainbow?" She continues, as she follows Walter to the gambling table. "Step aside, I got this one." She says, taking a seat. She recently discovered that she was a natural at gambling.

"I don't know, dude, maybe unicorns are a factor," he said, sarcastically. "Now, that's a girl. Win us some money and let's buy a damn house!" he said, watching her intently. The dice was rigged so you'd always win "money" and be able to play other games. It was part of the sick and twisted nature of the Lotus Casino.

"Unicorns don't exist." She says sarcastically back, as she hands him half of the money she just won. "I'm going to win one more time, and then we'll literally have all the money in the world." She says, rolling the dice.

Walter nodded, watching it closely. "When are we going to buy that house?"

"We can buy it..... Now!" She says, as she the dice lands perfectly on ten. "Ha! I win!" Evie gathers her money, counts it then pockets it. "Let's go!"

They got to the exit, before magic washed over them, forcing their thoughts to trail away from leaving. "Let's stay for just a while longer," Walter said.

"Yeah! I wanted to try that game on the second floor arcade again!" Evie agreed, dragging him away from the doors and to the nearest elevator.

Walter nodded, following her, then hearing a big crash. He turned around, wondering what was going on as he saw girls fighting a couple of guards.

"Woah, what's going on there?" Evie said, stopping when she noticed that he wasn't following her anymore.

"Look man, I don't want your stupid flower food. Ok?" Sophia said, thinking maybe she should've been a little bit more polite. She attempted to walk away, however one of the guards grabbed her arm... "GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME!" She then proceeded to push the guard off her, and next thing she knew she was fighting off three guards.

Evie looked at what the commotion was, "Is that.. who I think it is?" She asked.

Walter looked closer. "My God! That's Agnes!" Walter said, astonished. "She has finally come back for me. She must've felt sorry after breaking my heart. We need to go help her and talk to her!" Walter said, a bit of reality coming back. He rushed over, punching one of the guards. He took his elbow and bashed a guard's head so he bled.

"Uhhh Walter! Wait for me!" Evie said, running to catch up with him. Reality wasn't really working for her, especially since she was munching on a lotus flower cake.

Sophia looked up at the person who helped her. She gave him a long hard look, before pushing the last guard onto the floor. Was this one of the kids she was sent to get?

"Agnes. I'm so happy to see you," Walter said, kissing her. He was suddenly becoming more aware of the world around him and what was happening. He suddenly didn't know the day, the time, anything. He realized he had been at this casino for a few hours ish, or at least, he thought that long. Walter knew he needed to get to his new job at Johnathon's new place.

Sophia felt herself being kissed before she actually knew she was, especially since she wasn't expecting to be kissed, and also because she had never kissed anyone before. She pulled back quickly, and slapped at the face that just invaded her mostly innocent space. "Who the heck is Agnes?" She said taking a step away from the kid.

"So guess you didn't make up with her, huh?" Evie said, finally catching up to the others. She had a lotus flower in each hand.

"Stop eating that!" Sophia said, smacking it out of her hand.

Walter was surprised when she broke the kiss and slapped him. He knew she was playing stupid just to mess with his head, like she always did. He was just happy to see her after their break up a day or two ago. Walter looked behind and saw guards coming after them. "We better move, girls," Walter said, knowing he was the man and had to protect them. Walter ran out of the entrance, but paused when he saw the world around him.

What the hell? Where was he? What were people wearing? What kinds of cars were these?

Sophia sighed, and grabbed Evie by the arm. She shoved a guard out of the way, as she dragged Evie out of the casino and into the real world. "Like I said, I have no idea who Agnes is." She said, coming up behind the boy. She smirked at the look on his face. She grabbed her car keys out of her back pocket, and clicked the remote a few times, "Get in the car, I'll explain what happened to you all on the way to New Rome." She said, shoving Evie into the car. The girl seemed like she was still high on lotus flowers, or maybe she was in shock.

Walter was starting to believe that she truly wasn't Agnes, and something bigger than just Agnes rescuing him was happening. What was this world around him? Was he dreaming? He had to be. He was in a completely different environment than he had been a few hours ago when he went into the Casino. Was he in there longer than a few hours? Maybe they remodeled or something in a few days, and he had been there during that period of time and not realized it? He had to get home and see his parents. Walter zoned out until she told him to get in the car and she'd explain on the way to New Rome. What the hell was New Rome?

Walter decided she was his best bet of figuring what the hell was going on. And, on top of that, damn, she was fine. Walter smirked and got into the car, freaked out. This looked nothing like his neighbor's car that he always stole (his parents were too poor to buy a car). "What type of car is this?" he asked, rubbing his hand against the interior. "It's rad."

Sophia pulled out of the parking lot. "Its a 1999 Impala and there are way better cars then this." She said, "Look it's a long story. But you guys were in that casino for over seventy years. I was sent to get you out." She pushed the accelerator a little harder, glancing out the rear-mirror, someone/thing was most definitely following.

Evie was finally coming back to reality, "Holy crap! Agnes! What's going on?"

"My names not Agnes!! My name is Sophia, Sophia Virgo and I happen to be pretty darn important in your new world!"

"Yeah, so you're like Agnes' secret twin or something then?" Evie said, "Wouldn't be surprised, she is pretty weird."

Sophia rolled her eyes, and turned sharply onto the highway.

"1999? Seventy years?" Walter asked. "You're nuts, woman, nuts. How the f*ck do you expect me to believe that?" he listened to her spiel about not being Agnes. "Virgo? The same last name as Agnes. What are you, her granddaughter or something? You know, since, supposedly we were in the casino for 70 years. Also, how old are you exactly to be driving, Agn- I meant, uh, Sophia? And who were you sent by to get us out? Answer my questions or I'm jumping out of this thing and going to my parent's house."
